By booking with Boats & Rooms Parassinikkadavu, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment:

   • All bookings should be confirmed with a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
   • We accept payments via bank transfers, online payment methods, or cash.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival will incur a 50% charge of the booking total.
   • No-show or last-minute cancellations will be non-refundable.

3. Check-In & Check-Out:

   • Check-in time: 12:00 PM
   • Check-out time: 10:00 AM
   • Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.

4. Boat & Room Usage:

   • The guest is responsible for ensuring proper behavior and care of the houseboat and rooms during their stay.
   • Guests are required to comply with all local laws, safety regulations, and instructions from staff at all times.
   • The use of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited on our premises.

5. Liability:

   • Boats & Rooms Parassinikkadavu is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident that occurs during your stay. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.
   • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with the company’s policies or engages in disruptive behavior.

6. Modifications:

   • We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and will apply to all new bookings.
